Week 8.
Regardless of what you think of the most recent deaths, four more people have died this week. Milla Maxwell, Angel, Susan Ashworth, and Aligula are gone now, leaving you with about a quarter of your original number. Thirty-five down to twelve - this can't keep going for much longer, can it? Is there anything you can do? Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Unlike the previous weeks, however, it seems that either you've reached the end of the line or Jericho has decided to stop rewarding you for your effort; where there would usually be a stairwell to a new floor, you're met with nothing but solid wall. Perhaps it's distressing; perhaps it's a good sign. Only time will tell, and time isn't something you have a lot of around here. |

[OOC: Welcome to week eight of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

But... For the rest of the day? A part of her wants to throw a party, but she had no ideas and that would be tacky after that motive and... the only reason she did was to honor the memory of a woman who had told her it was too short since to miss. Caught up in that emotion and frustrated for it, she ends up going to the Billiards Room where she's ... trying and failing to really break effectively? It's clear she has played before a little but it's also not something she's at all skilled at and it's frustrating her. She huffs as this goes on, and puts her hand on her hip, glaring at the set up as if that'll help.
So... eventually she ends up back the Dining Room, playing with Ditty by way of rolling one of the glass eyes from the vending machine back and forth with the blob. But whenever someone comes in, glancing either at the secrets or the candles, ]
So tell me something I don't know. Otherwise, I'll ask you a silly question.

investigation
After making breakfast for himself, he returns to training in the gym and dojo. He does a bit of everything here: lifting weights, doing pull-ups and flips, punches and kicks... It actually feels pretty good to get a workout in after being too mentally exhausted to do it for a few days.
Once he's done in there and does some cleaning up, he goes to get Yuri (who should finally be up by now...he hopes) so they can investigate the art storage room. Specifically, they want to look into the secret room with the file cabinets to see if anything has changed in recent weeks.
Sometime in the evening, Rideaux's back in the bar, just kind of mixing up random things. He's seeing if he can put together some Elympion specialties (or something close to them...) today. So come on down if you want a free mixed drink made for you. Otherwise, he can also occasionally be found taking a selfie with the drinks he makes, using the instant camera he got from the vending machine. Sure, it's a limited roll, but it's better than using his phone's battery on way less important selfies.]
Bar
[Stop exaggerating, Kyrie, his selfies surely are of the utmost quality]

He glances away from the camera to give Kyrie a Look while he actually has a sip of that drink.]
Please. What good would it do to cover up the camera like that? [...] You got one of them too, huh? Consider me flattered that you've held onto it all this time.

Also what's that?
[ The insane camera, that is?! This is Elda appearing behind her from... nowhere? In particular? Or maybe she was just stealthing over there or something? Okay no, she's in here with a bag of blood and a smile. ]
no subject
[The sudden expletive is the direct result of Elda startling the fuck out of him. Literally. He almost almost drops the drink and camera, but manages to prevent that little disaster after juggling them for a second. He definitely doesn't have the acuity that he had back home.
He spins around to confront her.]
Can you not?

art storage room adventures
He looks pretty energetic once they exit his room. ]
You think we have pretty good odds here?
no subject
Perhaps. Aligula discovered those notes on Kimblee not very long after his execution and our discovery of "the four". I'd say that is a rather timely coincidence. There may be more to dig through now.
[And boom, at the art room! Next up is to wander into the storage room... Yuri has more (unfortunate) experience with the secret door.]

Good evening, Rideaux-san! A little busy over there, I take it?
[He looks much better, though, and she's happy to see it.]
no subject
He sets his things down and turns to watch Sayaka come in. His smile seems to be back too, and he sounds a lot better than he did on Sunday.]
Hello, Maizono. [With a nod, he motions at the items.] Seems like you caught me in the act, but yes. Well, I would not call it "busy", really. I am simply looking for things to fill my time, as always.

A literal fuckton of coins. That's...that's sure as hell a thing to wake up to? Holy shit. Sayaka's gonna probably gonna look stupid, holding all of those coins while she's at the vending machine, and just kind of. Stares at the unholy fuckton of stupid shit. Holy fuck, okay then, this is officially her life. She may need some help with this, and she's just. Gonna be sorting shit out here, don't mind her.]
What am I gonna do with all of this...? ...Maybe I can keep this bar to help get a house, so Mom doesn't have to worry too much...
[Of course, later on? Sayaka's actually gonna be hitting up the Ballroom for the first time in a little while--she's gonna be practicing some music in here for a bit, just kind of practicing at a bit of a lower register than what she normally does? It's a bit of an experience from singing in a generally high pitch, but...she likes it well enough.]
Vending Machine stuff
Oh, some of that's mine.
[ By the way she heard that about the gold bar. ]
no subject
[Sayaka chuckles a bit and rubs the back of her head, looking over all of this stuff--probably reading the recipe book a bit, primarily, while keeping the gold bar close.
...Though, now that she thinks of it.]
...Is there a good economy for gold, in Shihaba?

Vending machine
[Honestly, how did all of this even fit in the vending machine in the first place? Rin tries not to step on anything as she approaches.]

[Sayaka seems to laugh a bit, though, good natured--if anything, she just seems highly amused by this.]
I don't suppose there's anything of yours in here, Tohsaka-san? I don't think I plan to keep all of this, but I've seen people get stuff from home in here. With how many things I have, I'd be surprised if I didn't get something!

vending machine;
Mom? You talking about stuff back home?
[ ... Wait a minute. ]
Hey, I think I actually recognize one of the things in here.
[ He'll pick up the Recipe Book with a bit of a smile. ]
no subject
...It's a bit of a long story, but I'm...actually talking about Elda...
[...Anyway, sidestepping that--]
Oh, that's yours, Yuri? [Sayaka perks up a bit with a smile.] I was reading a bit of it earlier, and the stuff inside seems like it'd be fun to make. I'll have to ask you for a copy of some of the recipes, honestly!
