[ And well, true to her word, by six Elda is in the library. Ditty is with her, along with a sketchbook, three bags of blood, a pen and a sharpie, one of those hardcore lighters from the vending machine, and two silph scopes. This is all arrayed on a table here in the library, and she's done what she can to move some of the shelves a bit to situate a few more chairs for people.
