Week 7.

WEEK 7

Orihime Inoue, Estellise Sidos Heurassein, and Kirei Kotomine all died this past week. One of your Coordinators died as well, leaving you with a new face but still no end to this. Several of you are finding yourselves at a crossroads: either keep moving forward, or accept the inevitability of fate. It's your own choice, your own decision; no one's going to make it for you.

Over half of you are gone now.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Once again, a new floor has been opened to you; unfortunately, either this is a particularly strange reward or Jericho is starting to get downright sarcastic. Perhaps there's something in it for you despite the setup; who knows, though there's really only one way to find out.

PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 16

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

Oh no, a voice too? How sad.

[ Sad, but you know, he killed so many - ]

There was a serial killer in Shihaba a few decades back too you know.

Oh, yeah? How did that turn out?

[Besides, you know, terrible]

He killed... oh, I think it was seventeen people before he was captured? He died after that, I'm pretty sure he killed himself? This was some fifty or so years ago, he was called the Strip Shirt Killer because of witness testimony. That's the worst crime spree Shihaba ever had...

anyway, my granddaughter captured his soul and he's in her doll now.

Why.

... I never got the whole story out of her? I'm pretty sure she told him he'd be wiped out of existence if he didn't comply with it. Prevents him from haunting other people.

...oh. Well, if he had to be around anyway, I guess keeping him in a doll is as good as anything. You can't give people like that an inch.

Yeah. He's pretty harmless in doll form. She called him Boogie-kun and is always carrying him around - a lot of people think she's a ventriloquist because he's always mouthing off on her behalf.

...she could just keep him in a box.

[That is admittedly exactly what Susan would do.]

Of course that would be your solution.

[ elda laughs that off and then shifts her pieces around here. She brings one or two closer to herself, but then instead reaches for the deck of cards. She shuffles it a little and then draws the top three, frowns and tosses the Jack of Clubs face up to the table. ]

A few weeks ago, it would have been easier to say it wasn't so unexpected he was a monster. He was human, after all.
