WEEK 5.
Tabitha Smith, Sigrun Eide, and Solf J Kimblee are all dead. Regardless of what you think of the trial or the events leading up to it, there's no denying that you can feel the dent in your numbers now. After all, ten people are gone now. It may be hard, but all you can do is keep going. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... What with Jericho's excitement at the last trial, it's evident now more than ever that the new floor that's opened up to you is a gift, a reward for a job well-done. Because while surviving is something that you'll continue to try to do of your own merit...well. Let's say that he's so, so very proud of you. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 23 |

[OOC: Welcome to week five of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Alena!]

[ Yuri glances over at Sayaka as she's punching around some of the mats. He's probably going to be doing that himself in a bit. ]
I'm thinking the same—there's been theories being thrown around in the meeting, so maybe whatever's found can answer those two.
[ He's not necessarily an overly optimistic person but he thinks it's reasonable they're due for something substantial relatively soon, anyway. ]

[She punches a few more times while she talks, before giving her hand a bit of a rest. Ow.]
It's just a matter of surviving, isn't it? Until we can get to the point where we find what's behind those doors.
no subject
Yeah, it is. I dunno what's gonna be really behind them, but I imagine it'd probably be something useful.
[ Oh well, he'll just try to take it one day at a time for now. Everyone's trying their best, so it's bound to have something come of it sooner or later... ]
So, you felt like trying to get in some practice over there or something? I noticed you were going at it pretty hard for a bit.

[She just. Keeps rubbing her hand a bit. She's not quite looking when she speaks, but her face seems almost kind of stormy? It's barely held back by a smile.]
Dreams, you know? They're a pain in the butt at best, but kind of bothersome at worst.
[...she'll take another swing, though.]
I...kind of wouldn't mind the distraction right now.

Guess that's understandable. Still, you might wanna be careful with that--if you're throwing 'em too hard without much of a break you can end up hurting your hands.
[ This is a little ironic...Yuri does recall that Sayaka seemed to have voiced the similar concern last week. ]/small>

[There's a bit of an exasperated tone with that, but it gets a laugh out of Sayaka.]
Well, I suppose I really should take my own advice. It wouldn't be any good if I broke my hand before I got better at throwing a punch...

[ Anyway... ]

You really think so? I imagine it's not hard to improve from 'can't throw a punch' to 'halfway to making a punch hurt', but...I really appreciate that.
[She beams a bit.]
I'll just have to keep it up, then, hm?
